Welcome! I’m Kathleen…

As long as I can remember, I had a fascination with homes and home ownership. Not only do homes provide financial and social security, but they’re an expression of who we are as individuals. Where we call home provides identity and connects us to a larger community. So it was astounding to me that the process of becoming and being a home owner can be so frustratingly ambiguous.

I approach everything in life by gathering information and organizing my options. It’s how I earned two engineering degrees. But when it came to buying my first home, gathering information proved overwhelming. There was both too much and not enough information about home ownership on the internet, and seemed to assume a basis of knowledge I just didn’t have.

So I dove deep and built that foundation myself. And it is my passion to make that path easier for others. Since 2019, I’ve worked to educate every buyer and seller I work with on their options and the pros and cons of each. I will never hand waive an explanation, and if I don’t know, I figure it out.

My goal is to educate and inspire others, making it easy to buy your first home and build the cozy home life you’ve dreamed of.
